Here are the pencils for a comic cover for Heroes of the North character 'Nordik'. HOTN is a Canadian webseries chock full of beautiful heroines in really nice latex costumes...what's not to love?
Nordick is impervious to cold and I amped up her mystical side with the polar bears and Northern Lights.

I like the fact that even though you know she doesn't belong in the picture you made it fit wonderfully, the bears look awesome and of course she is stunning

Just so damn nice !!! The compo is wonderful and I love the lady's pose, but these bears are just so cool.
Plus I dunno who will take the task of putting final colors but if rightly done the nothern lights will kill up the cover !
Two thumbs up.

I ink and color my own stuff whenever possible...I just posted the final color art so you can see I went all out with the northern lights to get some more color in the scene.

Yup, definitely a fine job. ;)

I'm just alittle surprised the full foreground (lady n bears n snow ground) do not be a little darker overall to match the night -still- lighting ambience, but put this way final res allows to keep all the details on the characters (both human and animals) finely seeable : great for the inking stage's real a blast.

And... do really really like the polar bears idea alot. :dance:

I'll be the first to admit that the lighting is total bull@#$t on this one, is is day? Is it night? who knows , I just wanted to make it colorful :)

Love the concept and the feel of the piece. The only thing I noticed is that she's only about six heads tall. Her torso looks fine, so the legs must be a bit short. Reverse the image, you'll probably notice it better.
